The design of this residential sales center consolidates the impression of city and the appearance of building. It describes the traditional elements from the modern perspective that expresses luxury of modern city with the unobtrusive elegance and fashion. The designer intended to create an experiential design with modern textures. The ingenious design skills integrate the twists of indoor space, in which the metal lines make the entire space enriched in delicate textures and clear layers, thus generating the clear and majestic space with high-end textures.



The entire space does not grab the spotlight of indoor traffic flows and reception decorations. There is no redundant soft trim design, and there is more about the imperceptible interaction between people and nature. The big floor-to-ceiling windows bring more outdoor landscapes and daylight into the building, in which the artistic atmosphere congenial with nature not only pays respect to the gift from nature, also corresponds to the concept of environmental protection.



The materials of marbles and metals played a main role in the design skills. They defined the contemporary subtle luxury as the design style to the entire space. The symmetrical shapes accentuate the ritual sense of hospitality. The ever-changing installation arts enhance the ritual sense and artistry in the overall space. They also add the lively characteristics in the tall and solemn space.
