Hangzhou Yuhang District Plot 184 Mixed-Use Project

Located in the core area of Yuhang District Future Science and Technology, Hangzhou, China, the project sits opposite to the Yuhang District People's Government. Despite the mature development of the surrounding areas, there is a lack of public landscape nodes to energize the region. Addressing challenges such as limited site area, building height restrictions and high coverage requirements, our design employs a dynamic-static zoning strategy. The commercial podium and hotel towers are innovatively positioned east and west, enclosing a central ecological garden to enhance the quality of life.
The design draws inspiration from the Liangzhu culture, reinterpreting its essence through a modern lens. The concept of "Jade Cong Palace in the moon, where Jade Bird soaring in the sky" reflects a blend of cultural depth and contemporary appeal, connecting Yuhang's rich history with its modern urban vitality.
This project aims to meet the daily needs of residents while serving as an "urban oasis," offering leisure and entertainment areas, and establishing itself as a unique cultural and trendy landmark in Yuhang.
