The design fully combines the ecological background of the plot, and cleverly forms a dense and sparse park space through the layout of high buildings on both sides and low buildings in the middle. At the same time, the Xinglong Lake landscape is introduced into it, combined with multi-level greening terraces, to maximize the overall vision and create a high-quality scientific and technological innovation space. The tall office tower is placed on the north side of the plot, like a mountain portal, overlooking the lake view; the green landscape winds through the north and south of the plot, and through the natural endogenous extroversion, the plot is stitched together by the planned road. The multi-storey office groups are arranged around the landscape to minimize the visual obstruction between each other.
