Chengdu Park Industrial Headquarters Project

Located in Chengdu's Rongbei Business District, the Rongbei Shancheng Park Industrial Headquarters will be developed into a park-industry-commerce integrated complex named the "Rongbei Core". Situated in the core area of Jinniu District's Rongbei Business District adjacent to the First Ring Road, the project is jointly developed by Chengdu Jiaotou Shancheng Industrial Co. and Rongbei Business District Co. It serves as a key supporting facility for upgrading the district's commercial ecosystem.
The project aims to achieve the highest national Three-Star Green Building standards, driven by the trinity of "industry + park + commerce," and will integrate five core engines: industrial development, cultural vitality, urban living, fashion hubs, and leisure amenities. Key functional components include office spaces and boutique hotels.
The design innovatively incorporates artistic elements of local cultural heritage, positioning the project as a pioneering model of "industry-commerce integration and innovation" for the Rongbei Business District.
