With a 700-year cultural legacy as its inspiration, a new chapter of ecological living in the Greater Bay Area is unveiled.

JiaRen Lefu, the first landmark project of Shandong Healthcare in the Greater Bay Area, is located in the heart of Zhuhai. Inspired by the 700-year history of Cuwei Village, FREEFORM DESIGN meticulously crafts this sales center into an artistic space that integrates cultural heritage, natural aesthetics, and future-oriented living.

Centered on the concept of "Culture·City·Nature·Life", the project deconstructs the landscape imagery from ‘Cuwei Zayong’(a classical poem of Cuiwei Village), blending Lingnan cultural symbols with contemporary minimalist design to recreate a poetic living space.

The spatial narrative unfolds in three acts: The entrance interprets the ‘Dian Cui’ (traditional Chinese jewelry technique using colored bird feathers) craftsmanship with emerald marble, tracing the village's texture through interwoven light and shadow. The atrium employs an "open-and-closed" bar to blur social boundaries, while a green plant wall and pendant light curtain create an ecological theater. In the tea room, semi-transparent materials and warm lighting beneath it evoke dialogues between past and present, creating an immersive experience over tea.

By skillfully integrating stone textures, light and shadow, and Lingnan cultural symbols, FREEFORM DESIGN pays tribute to Zhuhai's historical legacy while reshaping living experiences with an ecological language.

Covering 420㎡, the space carries cultural depth and warmth, serving as a model of high-quality living crafted by Shandong Healthcare for the Greater Bay Area, and embodying the harmonious coexistence of tradition and future — where past and future converge in seamless living.
