As ephemeral as snowflakes, capturing fleeting moments

The Snowflake Crisp brand, Nebu, has recently opened its first store in Mong Kok Grand Plaza. This design project involved a brand overhaul and interior planning specifically for this retail space, seamlessly integrating the brand’s story and customer experience into the overall design.

In the bustling heart of Mong Kok, the Nebu store emerges as a serene and beautiful enclave, akin to a gently falling snowflake—light and elegant. This is a dreamlike space dedicated to Snowflake Crisps, serving not just as a retail venue but as an artistic sanctuary where sensory and emotional experiences intertwine. It exemplifies how to transform “the beauty of the moment” into an unforgettable shopping experience, enhancing sales efficiency and store revenue.

Customer experience encompasses the overall feelings and impressions during the shopping journey, reflecting the interaction between the customer and the brand, including the ambiance, product display, service quality, and purchasing process. A delightful customer experience not only elevates satisfaction but also increases the likelihood of repeat purchases. The semi-open entrance design of the counter is centered around transparency, resembling a crystalline ice sculpture that allows customers to easily glimpse the thematic arrangement inside. Behind the counter lies a world of gentle textures. As customers approach, they are enveloped in a welcoming atmosphere, inviting them to pause, gaze, and immerse themselves.

Soft whites interwoven with pale blues evoke the purest light of a winter morning. Wooden display fixtures paired with gentle lighting emit a natural warmth, creating a stunning contrast with the ethereal Snowflake Crisps. Customers linger in this space, making it easy for them to recall the brand in the future, thereby enhancing brand recognition.
