Easy Feel

As a patient who needs to take medicine for a long time, the initial visual impairment simulation prompted me to reflect on how people with visual impairment find and correctly take the right medicine from many options.
Through this experiential attempt, along with a review of relevant literature and research on competitive products, I became determined to design a product to assist people with visual impairment in managing their medication.
The design went through three iterations, resulting in six versions and twelve drafts in total. Considerations included functionality, overall color scheme, size, surface treatment, standards for battery placement, and overall cost. I also made cardboard models for testing, followed by modeling, rendering, and 3D printing to produce a prototype.
