Hartwood is designed to bring people together. Located steps from Caltrain’s Lawrence Station, it combines apartment living with spaces that encourage connection. The café is a key part of this, serving as a spot where residents and commuters can relax, work, or meet. It’s more than just a café; it’s an extension of home, blending private living with the community.

The design is focused on warmth and comfort, with sculptural trees and teleconference pods that make the space feel welcoming and functional. Large windows allow natural light to flood the interiors and frame beautiful views of the surrounding green spaces. The wood finishes throughout add texture and depth, creating a space that feels lived-in and comfortable. Hartwood’s location makes it easy to access both San Francisco and Silicon Valley, but at its core, it’s a place to feel connected and at home.
