This project is the first one of Sichuan Yongjing Investment Group in Hainan, integrating residential, commercial, leisure, and entertainment facilities. It aims to be built into a pioneering supporting demonstration area for the full industrial chain development of Haikou City. Leveraging Hainan's unique seascape resources and climatic conditions, and incorporating modern architectural design concepts, it presents a high-quality modern living community that coexists with ecology, health, culture, and interaction, offering a brand-new vacation-style lifestyle for community residents.
The marketing center also serves as a neighborhood hub for the community, featuring various spaces such as a themed activity area, a semi-outdoor swimming pool, a yoga gym, a café, and a private banquet center. These configurations not only cater to diverse functional needs but also impart a sense of ritual to daily life. The interior design echoes the architectural features, presenting a minimalist, modern, fashionable, and avant-garde aesthetic. The wooden grilles in the display area convey a sense of order, complemented by details of bronze metal and green stone, creating a low-key yet restrained elegance.
