This exhibition blends the philosophical ideas of Zhuangzi with contemporary art, using glass as the primary medium to explore the blurred boundary between dreams and reality. Through various artistic interpretations, it creates a visual and spiritual dialogue, examining truths, illusions, transformation, and oppositions in life.

The exhibition brings Zhuangzi’s philosophy to life through innovative contemporary art, with glass as a central material and motif. This modern take on traditional philosophy fosters a deep connection between art and urban life. Visitors are invited to experience the beauty of art where reality and illusion intertwine, sparking reflections on life and self.

Glass, with its transparent yet fragile, clear yet blurred qualities, offers limitless interpretive possibilities, much like the relativity between dreams and waking, illusion and reality. The artists' works evolve from simple glass to a fusion with other materials, symbolizing life’s ever-changing nature, where each individual finds their joy and place.

The exhibition is divided into two main sections, representing life’s ups and downs. "The Domain of Butterfly Dream" guides viewers into a world where dreams and reality converge, led by a large glass butterfly installation. Through shifting forms and light, it explores the boundary between self and illusion. “Relight +1230°C” fuses glass and clay, symbolizing the suffering and rebirth of life, akin to human encounters and companionships.

Colorful glass butterflies lead visitors into a bright and hopeful realm, while "The Radiant Realm" focuses on vitality and life’s progression. “Two Suns – From Peach Orchard to Peach Orchard,” borrowed from the National Kaohsiung Museum of Fine Arts, uses glass bottles and water chestnut fields to evoke green vitality and reflect on humanity’s relationship with nature. The artist also employs embossed glass to explore the contrast between focus and blur, challenging perceptions of image reality and our understanding of the world.

"Butterfly Dream's Radiance" brings together diverse works that incorporate glass, inviting viewers to experience the profound essence of Zhuangzi's philosophy and the unique charm of light and shadow in art.
