Benefiting from the national "carbon peaking and carbon neutrality" strategy and the opportunity of digital economy policy, the project spares no effort to build the Yangtze River Delta financial technology industry center, positioning the producer service cluster led by financial technology, and promoting the chain development of new economy, new industry and new service cluster. In addition, adhering to the concept of green design, the design strives to improve the maintainability and reuse of products by reducing the consumption of resources and energy and optimize the architectural design, so as to minimize the impact on the environment and achieve the greatest economic benefits.

The constraints faced by the project are mainly related to the environmental noise caused by external traffic facilities. In phase I design, the design team adopts the concept of "canyon" and uses three-stage forms and enclosed groups to create an inward-oriented park-like "tech valley." This layout allows the unique Suzhou genetic characteristics to be highlighted in the "valley", and it also interprets the traditional gardens, corridors and courtyards into modern towers, architectural courtyards and corridors based on the traditional context. With the central garden as the courtyard, the gallery as the corridor, and the building as the peak, all these make people enter the park just like entering a Suzhou traditional garden.

Based on the ESG concept, the project will give full play to advantages in energy conservation, emission reduction and decarbonization, green carrier design and construction, industrial resource aggregation and introduction, digital intelligent application, etc. It strives to construct a green finance industrial park and create a cooperative demonstration project in the field of green development. Building G, which sticks to four low-carbon strategies, has adopted a variety of zero-carbon technologies and been awarded the Singapore GreenMark Platinum Certification.
