When the poetic aesthetics of New Oriental meets the rational strokes of deconstruction, this 240 ㎡ elegant landscape residence, with wood as the bone and mountains as the curtain, reconstructs the living field of contemporary scholars in the prosperous city. The designer breaks the traditional spatial constraints with the technique of "removing boundaries", allowing the fragrance of books and ink to flow through every corner, inviting you to enjoy a modern translation of the Eastern spirit together. Color is one of the starting points for the design of this project. China not only has Zen inspired black and white ink painting, but its colors can also be colorful and vibrant. The design draws inspiration from Tang Sancai, hoping to explore the contemporary Chinese style from a new direction. At the same time, this is also in line with the needs of the homeowners, who hope to create a bookish atmosphere for their homes and influence their children. So, the key words of "East", "Book Fragrance", and "Cultural Inheritance" shaped the tone of this project. At the moment when the elevator door opens, the curved surface and vertical lines play the first rhythm of space. The hidden shoe cabinet on the entire wall embodies a philosophy of storage, achieving a delicate balance between functionality and aesthetics. The wooden colored living room is like a rolling landscape, and the deep red soft furnishings are like cinnabar dots. The floating TV cabinet deconstructs and interprets traditional antique shelves through layering, while the mortise and tenon glass coffee table reflects the sky and clouds. After removing the partition wall, the open tea area blends seamlessly with the living room. The 3.5-meter-long tea table receives the sunlight, and the scroll bookshelf echoes the mountain scenery outside with a light green contrast. The sloping balcony leads the view into the room, as if you were in a mountain observation pavilion.
