The Sales Center is the first point of contact for potential buyers, and its design plays a crucial role in shaping the first impression of the property. A well-designed sales center does more than just showcase the building; it has the power to evoke emotions and stimulate the desire to purchase, often requiring little input from sales agents. As the primary space for presenting the project’s identity, the design of the sales center directly influences the overall sales performance.

This sales center is designed as a tranquil oasis within the city, offering a sophisticated blend of modern Eastern aesthetics and luxurious living. The design concept is rooted in the idea of "purity" and "detachment," inspired by the symbolic purity of jade and the tranquil lifestyle it represents. The space is meticulously crafted to create a harmonious environment that is both close to nature and indulgently luxurious, appealing to both the senses and the emotions of potential buyers.

A defining feature of the design is the integration of natural wood elements. The designer cleverly incorporates wood into the reception area, using long, flowing benches that evoke the passage of time and the connection between nature and humanity. These benches, with their smooth, rhythmic lines, reflect the beauty and texture of the wood while complementing the minimalist aesthetic of the space. This integration of natural materials not only enhances the visual appeal but also creates a calming, inviting atmosphere for visitors.

The design of the sales center draws upon the concept of "璞" (purity in English) as the core theme. Natural materials such as jade are used to convey a sense of elegance and refinement, merging with the high-end, luxurious image of the brand. The result is an elevated space that balances traditional Eastern charm with an international modern flair, offering a glimpse into the high-quality lifestyle that the property promises.

By emphasizing the property’s unique characteristics and creating a relaxing, visually appealing environment, the design enhances the overall experience and encourages a strong emotional connection, ultimately driving purchasing decisions.
