Sinno Park

The Sinno Park is a 181,000 square meter headquarters core factory invested and built by Sinno Group. It is currently the largest skin care factory in China, with an annual production capacity of 300 million masks and 110 million other skin care products. Based on the product concept of "natural, safety and sustainability", the design team helps Sinno Group build the "most beautiful factory" to inject artistic aesthetics from architectural design into the beauty industry.

Located in the South China Modern Chinese Medicine Park of Lanbian Village, Nanlang Town, Zhongshan City, the park is part of the eastern group of the strategic development of Zhongshan City. The group is committed to building a Bay Area high-end industrial gathering area, a Bay Area science and technology innovation service area, a Western Pearl River Estuary biomedical science and innovation area, and an international cultural leisure tourism area. Different from the rough and heavy stereotype of other industrial projects, the design highlights the bold collision of colors and metal materials with industrial characteristics of the facade, making the interior space appear low-key and restrained without losing the industrial precision texture, creating a comfortable and magnificent atmosphere and presenting an artistic beauty that is not found in traditional industrial parks. The "circle" shape of the architectural form responds to the centripetal force and cohesion of the enterprise and creates a strong sense of space, which impresses the visitors and creates a lasting shared memory for the users. The four-story corridor with a wraparound design enhances visual integrity and ease of use, and provides more possibilities for employees' work and life.
