The project is situated in the upscale residential district of Wuyuan Bay on Xiamen Island. This prime location benefits from limited resources of the bay and sea views, offering a 270° panorama from the southeast. It is the only parcel of land on Xiamen Island that integrates a diverse array of natural resources, including water, hot springs, vegetation, wetlands, and bays.

The landscape design of the entire site is centered around the concept of a "classical garden by the sea". The axial layout enhances the sense of order and formality within the space, while ocean-themed artistic elements adorn the courtyard. This symmetrical arrangement fosters a garden environment that embodies a romantic ambiance and the beauty of natural harmony. The overall planning aims to enrich residents' outdoor leisure experiences and ensure a seamless integration with the surrounding natural landscape.

The project employs a dual-axis planning approach that merges the living axis with the garden axis, contributing to a cohesive blend of functional layout and spatial experience. The living axis begins at the main entrance and sequentially connects five key areas: Bay Garden, Pilot Garden, Coconut Grove Oxygen Bar, Coastal Courtyard, and Haiyu Mystery, creating a central axis that covers ceremonial significance, aesthetic enjoyment, and practical functionality.

Concurrently, the garden axis is anchored by four private garden courtyards, Coconut Grove Garden, Rainforest Garden, Sea Breeze Garden, and Green Island Garden, establishing a coastal garden axis that prioritizes natural experiences. Guided by ecological principles, this axis highlights the close relationship between humans and nature. Through varied plant arrangements and micro-terrain designs, it cultivates a richly layered, tranquil, and inviting green space that promotes a natural, leisurely lifestyle within the urban environment. The interplay of the two axes forms the comprehensive landscape framework of the project.
