The project is located in Liuzhou, a city embraced by the Liu River, renowned as a “human-scale version of A Thousand Miles of Rivers and Mountains.” Drawing from the land’s natural endowment, the design proposes the core concept of “converging nature and landscapes here, within reach,” transforming Liuzhou’s distinctive karst landforms, riverbank textures, and ecological flora into a landscape language. This creates a high-end residential community that both embodies the city’s spirit and meets modern living needs.
Situated along the Liu River, the site boasts rare waterfront resources and expansive views, establishing a premium foundation for the project. The design eschews ostentatious visual impact, instead adopting a refined, understated elegance to connect with nature’s myriad forms, crafting an immersive experience akin to a miniature bonsai landscape: unique rocks, distinctive trees, rolling distant mountains, and flowing meadows, vividly outlined under the sunlight in November with delicate light and shadow. We believe true luxury lies not in material extravagance but in enabling residents to feel nature’s breath and rhythm in daily life.
The relationship between landscape, architecture, and interiors is redefined: a wide facade offers greater design possibilities. The lobby is designed as a 270° panoramic floating box, hovering above the water, gently defining the homecoming realm while embracing ripples and greenery. The corridor system serves as a vital link connecting three elevated clubhouses, with a folding covered walkway weaving through the woodland, ultimately integrating with the architecture. This not only enhances spatial comfort but also expands the boundaries of human-nature interaction.
Most notably, the native forest belt is artfully integrated into the elevated layer, intertwining with cascading water features to create a fitness ambiance within a forest setting, truly bringing public spaces to life. As the corridor merges with the architectural eaves, landscape, architecture, and interiors achieve seamless collaboration, extending pedestrian boundaries and bringing the landscape closer to indoor living.
