The Shenzhen Longhua HuaxinYayuan Project is situated in the Guanlan area of Longhua District, Shenzhen. The project is bounded by Guansheng Fourth Road to the east, Lanhui Road to the south, Guansheng Third Road to the west, and a planned branch road to the north. The development includes a podium and four residential towers, each 100 meters high. The base of the towers features three floors of concentrated commercial space and public amenities. Additionally, there is a three-story kindergarten with nine classes located on the northeast side of the site.
