Greentown · Blue Bay – Leader Space Villa is a luxurious residence located in the Blue Bay Town of Greentown. Integrating traditional courtyard architectural elements with modern construction techniques, the 650㎡ villa features a variety of distinct functional spaces. The spatial layout is layered, private, and clearly defined, expressing a refined and elegant character throughout.
Inspired by the concept of “fusion within four,” XuNuo embedded the philosophy of “Harmony (合)” into the entire design approach. The design explores the boundary between functionality and poetry, shaping an emotional flow throughout the residence in response to the preferences of its inhabitants.
In Eastern philosophy, the courtyard represents a miniature universe. Within its enclosed layout lies the wisdom of “concealment and revelation.” The surrounding architecture embodies concealment—shielding the space from external chaos—while handcrafted lounge chairs, minimalist natural tables and sofas, and unadorned vessels offer revelation—unveiling a tranquil, beautiful sanctuary where one may rediscover inner peace.
In the living area, pure colors and timeless forms echo the refined artistry of Eastern aesthetics—grace emerging from restraint, and elegance revealed in subtlety. Whether enjoying a quiet moment of solitude or gathering with family, each function of the space is thoughtfully curated like a resort retreat, offering a sanctuary for the soul amidst the demands of daily life.

As one ascends, the chess corner, tea room, and study are imbued with the Eastern philosophy of “Harmony, Respect, Purity, and Tranquility.” Through clean-lined furniture, a palette inspired by nature, and a composition shaped by light and shadow, these spaces foster contemplation and creativity.

In the tea and chess area, understated natural materials establish a tone of refined simplicity. The use of negative space becomes a key design strategy, allowing every object to breathe—to be showcased independently, without visual clutter, in a rhythm of balance and calm.

The study, paired with a conversation zone, embodies intellectual depth. Soft textiles and understated furnishings convey quiet sophistication, while bold monochromatic artworks and an organically shaped desk elevate the identity of the space, enriching its visual language and layering.
