The heat sink for the stadium lights/HIGH mast lights is manufactured using die-cast aluminum alloy, allowing for flexibility in increasing both the number and power of LED sports lights according to specific usage requirements. This design is complemented by two adjustable bracket components, enabling precise angle adjustments that enhance user experience.
In contrast, traditional LED sports lights often utilized extruded profile manufacturing processes, which resulted in less appealing aesthetics and diminished user satisfaction, failing to meet current market demands. Additionally, developing integrated lenses for different beam angles was costly. The new design employs a 50x50mm lens mosaic method, significantly reducing costs while offering various beam angles.
For ease of installation and maintenance, the LED sports lights feature a configuration where lighting modules are installed using a receptacle slot and a transparent cover plate. This design facilitates straightforward assembly and disassembly, simplifying future maintenance. Furthermore, the rotating parts and segmented base design allow for flexible adjustment of illumination angles, aided by a laser pointer for enhanced precision.
To further improve usability, ergonomic handgrip slots are symmetrically positioned on both sides of the rear cover, facilitating easier handling during installation and removal. Moreover, the layout places the lighting and control components on opposite sides of the front cover, preventing overlapping operational temperatures and thereby improving heat dissipation efficiency. This not only extends the lifespan of the lights but also ensures optimal performance over time.
