To deepen engagement with high-end consumers and enter premium membership store channels, Qixuan Ice Cream collaborated with Disney to launch a custom-designed mini ice cream collection inspired by the iconic Mickey Mouse. This limited-edition product merges playful nostalgia with gourmet craftsmanship, redefining what a joyful indulgence can look like.
The product itself features a bite-sized design replicating Mickey’s head—instantly recognizable and emotionally resonant. Crafted using premium ingredients including silky fresh milk and pure cocoa butter Belgian chocolate, the ice cream offers a rich, smooth taste experience. Each piece is individually packaged for convenient sharing, enhancing its appeal for social occasions and family enjoyment.
The visual identity of the product is meticulously developed from Disney’s extensive character motion archive. From thousands of Mickey and Minnie animations, we curated poses that most effectively echo the silhouette of the Mickey-shaped ice cream. These illustrations are displayed on both the front and back of the packaging, enriching the unboxing experience and providing a collectible visual narrative that deepens emotional connection.
Color strategy played a vital role in distinguishing the product. We chose a warm orange as the main color to align with the new “Milky Chestnut” flavor, evoking autumnal warmth and energy. Subtle gold accents elevate the sense of sophistication and signal its premium nature without overpowering the cheerful design.
By combining beloved cultural icons, thoughtful design, and high-quality ingredients, this collaboration offers more than a dessert—it delivers a memorable sensory and emotional experience. It captures the timeless joy of Disney with the contemporary taste expectations of a discerning consumer, positioning Qixuan Ice Cream at the intersection of fun and luxury.
