As Shenzhen's premier commercial landmark, MIXC spearheads urban consumption evolution with its Phase III "Luxury-meets-Streetwear" concept. The redesigned 340m² VIP Lounge by LB Design redefines premium membership services through artistic sophistication and spatial innovation.
Strategically integrating business networking, cultural engagement, and luxury leisure, this
-only urban salon embodies four core principles: artistic sophistication, refined elegance, exclusivity, and prestige. Its scenographic spatial narratives establish a physical nexus for elite communities while enhancing brand equity through design-driven commercial innovation.
This transformative space sets new global benchmarks for high-end commercial design, demonstrating how spatial empowerment drives customer loyalty in the premium consumption era, where architectural intelligence meets experiential luxury.
Design Innovation
1.Modular Spatial Intelligence: The space employs movable partitions to orchestrate open/private equilibrium. A central social nexus features 20+ bespoke sofa modules with circular islands, flanked by two VIP chambers combining frosted glass panels and acoustic curtain walls for soundproof transparency.
2.Service Space Revolution:Introduces the "hybrid functional vessel" concept through motion-activated lighting and concealed service ports enabling instant scenario shifts. Proprietary seating systems convert between 2-8 person configurations, achieving 30% operational efficiency gains. Pioneers "de-iconized luxury" philosophy where spatial dignity emerges from meticulous craftsmanship and atmospheric precision, transcending decorative excess.
