Our design philosophy focuses on creating a space where people genuinely want to be, seamlessly integrating Vistra's identity into the environment.
Water serves as our central design element, reflecting our core values. The concept of "Us, not me" resonates with the idea that water symbolizes connection and unity. Additionally, water embodies vitality and renewal, aligning with our vision of a reimagined workspace. Our mantra, "Push for Better," mirrors the constant movement of water, representing progress and evolution.
Key design features include a perforated ceiling that creates the illusion of shimmering water flowing overhead, enhancing the aesthetic appeal while fostering tranquility and inspiration.
Beneath the staircase, we've incorporated plants to create an artistic moment, encouraging engagement and interaction within the space.
In our work café, we've designed a cozy seating area featuring a circular, plant-filled arrangement. Reflective materials mimic the surface of a lake, adding visual interest and inviting relaxation. The ceiling will utilize a ripple-like material to evoke the sensation of a flowing river, creating a sense of movement and fluidity throughout the environment.
In summary, our project aspires to create an engaging and dynamic workspace that embodies Vistra’s identity while fostering collaboration and innovation. By integrating water as a central theme, we are not just designing a workspace; we are cultivating a culture that values unity, vitality, and continuous improvement, ensuring that every team member feels connected and inspired.
