Xi'an DETONG THE KUNLUN Demonstration Area Fine

Located in Yanta District, Xi'an, China, this project is the first fourth-generation residential project in Yanta District, which includes a 1,700 square meters clubhouse and an elevated floor. The project takes “sea luxury” as the design core, integrates Xi'an elements into the site through modern materials, and combines modern aesthetics with modern aesthetics to create a modern aesthetics living scene that is unique to the Oriental flavor. By integrating the ecological concept of fourth-generation housing and modern art aesthetics, it creates the first high-end residential model in the area that combines natural symbiosis and circle luxury. The designers have integrated the natural and comfortable atmosphere into the residence, and through the co-construction of different senses, it seems to have found a way to get close to nature in the city, so that the residents are attracted by the condensed design language.
