The Beihuancheng Neighborhood Marketing Center, located in the core area of Hefei’s Beicheng New District, serves as a showcase for a high-end residential project. Its soft furnishing design, benchmarked against international top-tier hotel standards, blends local culture with modern luxurious aesthetics to create a space that is both iconic and artistic.
In the lobby, the background wall adorned with magnolia flower motifs, Hefei’s city tree, complements cascading artistic chandeliers resembling floating catkins and a patterned floor logo. These elements harmonize to enhance the ceremonial sense of entry.
In the cultural and creative zone, a soaring vaulted ceiling features suspended metal mesh art lamps paired with a wooden table, forming a visual focal point. The large magnolia flower decoration on the background wall is reimagined with Luzhou woodcarving techniques. The lamps, crafted from lightweight, translucent materials, draw inspiration from the upturned eaves and tiled roofs of Huizhou architecture. Their design, centered on a white phoenix encircling flowers, exudes elegance and refinement. The space achieves an organic fusion of traditional craftsmanship and contemporary design.
In the sand table area, the designer employs a metal frame inlaid with mother-of-pearl as the base, paired with a cloud-marble textured ceiling to evoke “shattered moonlight” symbolizing exploration and vision for future urban boundaries.
The multifunctional space equally reflects exquisite craftsmanship and aesthetic ambition. The executive lounge and bookstore area centers on a circular ruby countertop and maple-syrup-hued velvet seating, with a chandelier under the vaulted ceiling incorporating Luzhou woodcarving techniques. Intricate cloud-marble and mother-of-pearl inlays further elevate the space’s luxury and refinement. The private dining area uses ink-jade art chandeliers and metal frames to outline mountainous contours, with cloud-marble wall glows and hand-painted murals creating a tranquil, nature-inspired ambiance. The tea room features a suspended greenery installation as a dynamic partition, with miniature models delicately depicting the evolution from Huizhou architecture to modern landmarks.
