Fuzhou Jianzong·Emerald Park

This project is situated at the confluence of marine ecosystems and Minjiang River tributaries along Liuhua Creek in Cangshan District, Fuzhou. The landscape design features the integration of a relaxed resort experience into an urban aesthetic residential community. Centered on “Artistic Luxury Resort・Flow State of Mind,” it draws inspiration from the Anantara Resort Hotel, aiming to awaken inner emotions through the immersive power of nature, transforming the three realms of mind flow into a journey of reconnecting with nature.

Scene One: The Jade Forecourt
The Jade Courtyard serves as a hotel-style entrance, flanked by extending ceremonial feature walls that craft an imposing urban facade, presenting a grand and luxurious entryway. The 6-meter-high circular jade light hall mimics a natural sundial, with time weaving through the marble texture, each vein a frozen imprint of time. The robust Sacred Chinese Banyan and the jade disc water feature anchor the visual centerpiece of the aquatic gallery courtyard, offering a warm embrace and offering a warm welcome and a sense of peace.

Scene Two: Tranquil Water Courtyard
This 650㎡ sunken aquatic courtyard forms a serene meditation environment with a grove of Chinese tallow trees. Sunken seating areas and stepping stones on the water are seamlessly integrated into the space between the forest and water, creating a pathway that creating a relaxing resort-like journey across the water. The ultra-tall three-dimensional shadow display windows, resembling floating liquid jade, transmuting bamboo into fluid silhouettes, interwoven with vertical water curtains to form a cascading veil.

Scene Three: Artistic Waterside Realm
The Artistic Waterside Realm seamlessly merges semi-open galleries with architectural structures, where the corridors are finished in soft, soothing stone tones, and bespoke sculptures punctuate the serene corridors. The resort-style waterfront platform re-creates the quintessential ambiance of a luxury hotel, with its infinity-edge pool evoking a sense of relaxation and leisure. It infuses the community with a touch of refined resort elegance and bohemian charm.
