SUSHI TEI Flamboyant

SUSHI TEI Flamboyant is located on a roadside in the northern area of ​​Bandung City, outskirted of Jakarta.

This restaurant was designed with a motif of Japanese traditional patterns "KISSHO MON".

The façade decorated with Japanese traditional tortoise shell pattern " KIKKOU MON" stands out against the night skyline, combined with graphic designs.

Japanese KIKKOU pattern ( The tortoise shell pattern ) , which originates from the tortoise shell, represents longevity and good fortune in Japan , and can be said to be a symbol of healthy Japanese cuisine.

The tortoiseshell pattern continues inside the restaurant, changing its pattern slightly.

Each area of ​​the restaurant is divided into zones based on a traditional Japanese pattern.

・U-shaped counter with tortoise shell patterns and graphic designs that continues from the entrance ,

・Nested box seats that resemble "Jubako ( Japanese traditional box )" with "HISHI ( Diamond pattern ) " representing prosperity of descendants and good health,

・Table seats surrounded by a red "SAYAGATA ( Lightning bolt pattern )" pattern representing the longevity of the family,

・Semi-private rooms that mimic Japan's intricate coastline and mountain slopes with a motif of triangular scales "UROKO MON" representing protection,

・Private rooms with an "YAGASURI ( Arrow pattern )" pattern representing a happy life,

The box seats arranged along each area are lit up as if light was pouring down from the skylight in the coved ceiling.

Japanese traditional patterns have many meanings, and the areas with each motif were planned to be decorated with different scenery by changing the materials and colors.

Our hope for the design is that customers will visit again and again without getting bored, and that they will enjoy their meals to the fullest.
