The project area is divided into 7 distinctive industrial neighborhoods, and has already introduced outstanding enterprise headquarters such as Light Peak Technology, DJI Innovation, LOPE Medical, Tannon Mobile, Transocean Holdings, and Aerospace Industry. The design of the project emphasizes its abstract concept - the conductivity and penetration of light - and integrates various spatial forms within the tower so that the working environment and the natural environment permeate each other. The design of the building is based on a traditional architectural framework that integrates the various spatial elements. In addition, the trusses are partially used in the design to bring the freedom of creative space down to the ground so that the use of space can be more optimized and flexible. The building is characterized by the characteristic conduction and penetration space, forming the internal group structure of the space, and we combine the characteristics of the building itself with the corporate logo and the “light” element. The project has a total of 34 floors above ground, including many functional departments such as large groups and small groups, and functional spaces such as commerce, training, restaurants, dormitories, and refuge floors, etc. During the design process, it is necessary to give full consideration to the vertical function of the entire building, and to model and analyze the spatial relationship of each floor. Local sourcing reduces transportation costs, uses environmentally friendly materials for interiors wherever possible, and contributes to low-carbon and economic sustainability.
