EQUILINE Shanghai Flagship Store

EQUILINE’s first Shanghai flagship, designed by Half Arch Design, embodies the brand’s values of Timelessness, Elegance, and Innovation through a 700㎡ immersive space.

The ground floor acts as a city-facing showcase, featuring a racing horse sculpture and LED wall. Contrasting wood textures and mesh patterns enrich the design. Inspired by the Parthenon, column arrays bring formality, while a spiral staircase reveals a hidden horseshoe-shaped display, encouraging exploration.

The second floor reinterprets racetrack and stable elements, merging work and display zones. Reclaimed sand sealed under glass bricks symbolizes the contrast between wildness and grace in equestrian sports. A custom service area behind semi-height walls adds rhythm to the spatial journey.

Sustainable strategies—like straw-based coatings and local material use—anchor the design in environmental and emotional resonance.
