CHENYUE MANSION

Located in the core old city of Yuhuatai District, Nanjing, it is surrounded by roads on three sides (Ring Road/Digital Avenue/Huashen Avenue). It is 3 kilometers away from the district government and 2.2 kilometers away from Nanjing South Railway Station. With convenient subway access, it combines mature supporting facilities and urban development momentum.

The project integrates the culture of Chongzheng ancient school and the ecological context of the Qinhuai River to create a modern cultural community that is noble, elegant, vibrant and ecological. Focusing on the living experience, the landscape extracts the local cultural texture to create a microcosm of ancient school culture and a lively interactive community. It constructs a landscape structure of "two axes, one belt and six spaces". The forest road axis radiates the community, the green veins cover the whole area, and there are scenes in all seasons, forming a composite functional group, allowing residents to find a simple and pure living atmosphere in the city.

The main entrance of Chenyue Mansion is connected to the municipal road through a landscape wall and grille, with a mirror cascading water landscape and shaped plants, forming a transitional space together with lights and sculptures. The secondary entrance is located in the commercial street area, adopting a portal-style design to realize the separation of people and vehicles, and equipped with a water curtain landscape to enhance the homecoming experience.

The children's activity area is divided into activity modules for different age groups from 2 to 12 years old, equipped with full-age facilities such as climbing equipment, and safety is guaranteed through physical separation. A sunken theater space is set in the core area of the community, and a under-forest rest area is enclosed by the grassland terrain, with a cluster of trees and leisure seats to form a gathering place.
