In the northwestern part of Xiong'an New Area's start-up zone, a new residential district is redefining modern living while integrating ecological wisdom. As a high-quality relocation housing project supporting the area's development, it not only fulfills the housing dreams of thousands of families but also explores future urban living models.
The site stretches longitudinally from north to south, and the design team ingeniously divided this one-kilometer-long land into two lifestyle hubs connected by a central landscape axis. This "dual-core-driven" concept ensures functional integrity while fostering vibrant community life. A 15-minute walkable neighborhood makes daily convenience accessible, while a three-tiered green system—large parks, shared gardens, and pocket parks—brings nature close to residents.
Architecturally, the blend of expansive glass curtain walls with traditional sloped roofs achieves a balance of modernity and timelessness. Attention to detail in the stone base and aluminum trim reflects outstanding craftsmanship. The project also earned China’s highest Three-Star Green Building Gold Certification, adopting high-performance building envelopes and acoustic solutions to balance energy efficiency with comfort.
The landscape embodies the idea of "bringing nature back to the city." A 2.5-kilometer running track winds through lush greenery, complemented by diverse sports facilities for all ages. Private gardens, tranquil seating areas, and water features create a layered ecological environment that encourages both relaxation and social interaction.
Community vitality is centered around a 3,000-square-meter wellness pavilion with a heated swimming pool, fitness center, and spa, alongside a cultural and arts center that infuses Eastern aesthetics into daily life. Sunken courtyards, fragrant gardens, and intricate material combinations create immersive spaces for cultural engagement.
Guided by an “all-age-friendly” philosophy, the community offers children’s play areas, youth sports courts, senior leisure zones, and family gathering spaces, ensuring inclusivity across demographics. This human-centric approach transforms the neighborhood from mere housing into a vibrant stage for daily life. This pioneering development sets a benchmark for future urban living in China, balancing ecology with density, heritage with modernity, and individuality with collective well-being.
