Upon entering the public area, the first thing that comes into view is a wide and expansive open space. Designer Pau Yee used ultra-wear-resistant wooden flooring to establish a warm tone, complemented by gray mirrors and slim panels to visually expand the space. This combination creates a refined, three-dimensional layering that balances neutrality with depth.

Originally a three-bedroom layout, the space has been transformed into a two-bedroom configuration. The third room was converted into a multifunctional area serving as a workspace and storage zone, with integrated display features. As the female homeowner is an avid collector of luxury items, a striking display cabinet was purposefully placed in a corner of the public area. Magnetic track lighting highlights this showcase like a boutique display, adding a dramatic focal point.

Instead of a traditional dining table, the central island becomes the main feature of the living space—a place where people can gather, chat, or enjoy a drink, embodying a relaxed and leisurely urban lifestyle.

Stepping into the master bedroom, the glass-partitioned bathroom immediately captures attention as the design centerpiece. Designer removed the original walls and placed the bathtub at the visual center, using transparency to offer the homeowner—perched high above the city—a bathing experience that feels like floating in the urban sky. In the early morning, soft daylight pours in, casting delicate reflections off the mineral-painted walls and gray mirrors. By night, one can soak in warm water while embracing the twinkling cityscape, immersed in a private moment of tranquility.

The dressing room is seamlessly integrated into the master suite, organized to showcase an array of clothing and designer bags like a fashion runway. The iron sliding door contrasts with the natural wood veneer, subtly echoing the homeowner’s understated yet distinctive personality.

By redefining the layout and spatial boundaries, the designer has turned every detail into an elegant daily pleasure. From living to resting, the space is filled with infinite possibilities for personal expression and self-blossoming.
