Heartie is a child-centered hybrid health solution designed for children aged 8–14 with heart conditions. It combines a wearable ECG monitor patch (changed every 14 days) with a connected app ecosystem—featuring a tablet and smartwatch experience for kids, and a mobile app for parents. Through Heartie, kids embark on an interstellar adventure, traveling across culturally themed planets filled with interactive houses and mini-games. These games teach self-care, nutrition, heart anatomy, and emotional regulation in an engaging, age-appropriate way.

To support emotional well-being, Heartie includes a guided digital diary powered by an AI companion that helps children articulate thoughts, log symptoms, and build psychological resilience. Meanwhile, parents can access real-time health data, receive emergency alerts, and export structured reports for medical consultations.

By blending storytelling, gamification, emotional support, and biometric tracking, Heartie bridges the gap between clinical monitoring and everyday care. Its goal is to reduce fear and isolation in treatment, empower families, and foster a generation of young patients who understand and care for their own health.
