CORUM TIMEHOUSE

CORUM TIMEHOUSE is the latest global concept flagship of Swiss luxury watchmaker CORUM—and the brand’s first physical space entirely conceived, designed, and executed by a local Taiwanese design team.



Located on the second floor of Yuan Henry Watch in Taichung, the project transforms an inconspicuous corner into a flagship-level destination—immersive, emotionally engaging, and fundamentally different from traditional watch retail environments.



The design draws inspiration from CORUM’s legendary Golden Bridge movement. Its vertical architectural logic is translated into spatial language: a floating central showcase echoes the movement’s suspended construction; vertical light strips symbolize the flow of time; and three signature arched walls host the brand image, multimedia content, and product displays, guiding visitors through a soft, circular flow. Traditional sales counters are replaced by lounge-style seating, creating a more intimate and immersive watch-viewing experience.



Merging CORUM’s global vision with local cultural depth, the space takes cues from Eastern philosophies of time—emphasizing slowness, rhythm, and introspection. Natural wood veneer, woven carpets, and ambient lighting evoke warmth, craftsmanship, and a sensory richness that strikes a balance between function and aesthetics.



As CORUM’s first concept flagship, TIMEHOUSE is more than a retail environment—it serves as a prototype for future spatial identity, a launchpad for immersive brand experiences, and a media-facing stage for global storytelling. Since its opening, the project has garnered wide attention from both media and the market, marking a milestone in CORUM’s international retail transformation.
