Yuelai Restaurant (Fujian Fengze)

Yuelai Restaurant (Fengze), based on the main ideas of Song and Yuan China and the Maritime Silk Road Quanzhou, and the contemporary design concept of Minnan culture, creates the first time-honored restaurant space in Quanzhou that inherits Minnan cuisine, giving brand culture more symbols and dissemination. The main image is created using modern and pure techniques to create the storefront, with volcanic rock as the background, brass and black textured stainless steel to match the brand name and storefront, and natural stone texture and stainless steel reflection to create a contemporary dining space store image. The front desk adopts a three-dimensional suspended ceiling made of American platinum textured stone and boxwood, as well as black and white mosaic on the ground, to create a modern reception space with micro Nanyang elements. It is equipped with escalators, a 50 meter long ceiling art installation, and a stainless steel mirror reflection on the ceiling. The red and silk atmosphere is used as a conceptual link, symbolizing the cultural dissemination of Quanzhou as the Maritime Silk Road, and the beautiful meaning of the restaurant's pleasure and long-lasting rainbow. The main private room adopts the standard installation of cultural red bricks as the main background, symbolizing the long history and inheritance of red brick culture in southern Fujian. Combining the colors of smoked sawtooth wood and boxwood, contemporary techniques are used to create a local and culturally inherited dining environment in the Fujian style dining space. The banquet hall combines multiple overlapping circular shapes and a mirrored stainless steel roof decoration, making the space more spacious and expansive, and making the banquet space more vibrant and innovative.
