The project is located in the Xianlin area of Future Sci-Tech City. The landscape design takes light as a guiding element, chasing shadows beneath the trees. By assigning distinct identities to each space that harmonize with the play of light, it presents a youthful and vibrant forest-dwelling lifestyle.
The journey of light and shadow at YUEMING CHUNXIAO begins at the main entrance, where a stone logo wall combined with a screen and "mountain-shaped" textured grilles presents a light and gentle texture. The garden-style entrance atrium space makes the first step into home feel like entering a natural realm, with an elegant spatial landscape that gradually dispels the hustle and bustle of the outside world.
Upon entering the park, the vista opens up expansively, with the central axis landscape extending the line of sight infinitely. Row-planted trees and undulating shrub belts create a floral border teeming with natural vitality, resembling flowing waves that guide the way home. Centered around a swimming pool garden, the surrounding under-tree gardens, art gardens, Chunzhi Academy, and other areas are interconnected, forming a layout pattern of one axis and two loops. The interplay of light and shadow outlines the park's silhouette, integrating them into daily life scenes. Enveloped in greenery, the central swimming pool shimmers with rippling reflections under the sunlight, complemented by swaying tree shadows. The seamless integration of a cascading water leisure space and landscape corridors showcases a leisurely and serene future resort-like living scene. The under-tree gardens extend the living room space outdoors, with artistic flower borders surrounding sunlit lawns, combined with a bar and corridors, creating a vibrant and colorful natural retreat beneath the trees. The art garden serves as a tranquil oasis within the park, with lush green grass exuding energy and vitality. Breaking free from spatial constraints, a 300m circular running track connects fitness spaces and children's activity areas, crafting a "youthful" community centered around family, vitality, and sports, and depicting a harmonious and joyful family living experience.
