Situated in the BMW Economic Zone of Chibei District, adjacent to the iconic Changbai Mountain Temple and Jianfeng Road, this eco-resort development occupies a 201,200 sqm site with a total investment of 723 million RMB. The project is divided into two phases, with Phase One covering 116,900 sqm and Phase Two 84,300 sqm, and a total built-up area of 43,000 sqm. The master plan carefully follows the natural topography, integrating buildings and pathways seamlessly with the terrain, thus embodying a sustainable vision of harmonious coexistence between humans and nature.

The resort’s diverse program includes accommodations, dining, skiing, leisure, cultural experiences, creative retail, pet interaction zones, and public services. Supporting amenities feature a central lake district, lakeside beach, four-season sports park, deer farm, tent camping site, and ample parking.

A highlight is the cluster of 71 wooden lodges inspired by Northeast China’s Changbai Mountain vernacular architecture, totaling 480 rooms. The lodges feature nine distinct typologies, including luxury lake-view suites, garden rooms, party houses, townhouses, and standalone mountain villas, offering configurations such as king beds, twin beds, triple beds, and family suites. By 2024, Phase One successfully completed 11 lodges and initial landscaping in the opening area.

From an aerial perspective, the architecture resembles blooming petals, with the reception center, antler-shaped restaurant, and cultural center forming the core. Around Lu Lake, six deer-themed zones—deer forest, farm, camp, creek, park, and carriage area—are carefully arranged. The winter ski and tent camping areas spread like eagle wings, shaping the four-season sports park’s dynamic layout.

The design also integrates interactive animal zones, including a raccoon treehouse, alpaca garden, rabbit valley, deer resting dock, and deer-themed amusement park, nestled among the lodges. These elements enrich guest experiences while fostering a close connection between humans and wildlife, emphasizing ecological balance and environmental education.

By placing ecological design at its core, combined with regional cultural elements and contemporary leisure demands, the project delivers a resort village imbued with the natural charm and cultural essence of Changbai Mountain. It stands as a benchmark in mixed-use architecture, exemplifying the perfect fusion of innovative design and sustainable development.
