1. Humanistic adaptation of spatial planning
Based on land use and office needs, optimize process connections and flow lines through modular partitioning and customized flow lines, such as using courtyards to transition between production and office areas, reducing ineffective flow lines, lowering labor costs, and balancing "people-oriented" and "cost reduction and efficiency improvement".
2. Ecological economy of localized material selection
Selecting local stone, bamboo, and recycled materials as building materials, reducing transportation energy consumption and tariffs, and using local materials with weather resistance to reduce maintenance costs; Select drought resistant and wind resistant varieties such as palm and egg flower plants to reduce irrigation costs, and strengthen cultural connections with Thai garden elements.
3. Climate responsive sustainable design
Passive design of buildings such as wide eaves corridors and ventilation towers, as well as insulation using local building materials, to reduce air conditioning energy consumption; Sponge technologies such as rainwater gardens are used for landscape purposes to utilize rainwater resources and reduce operating costs.
