THE YIHE VIEW

Located in the southwest of Nanjing’s main urban area, this project lies within the city’s financial, business, trade, exhibition, and cultural centers, making it a prime area for high-end residential developments. The landscape emphasizes human-scale spaces, environmental sustainability, and the activation of community vitality, seeking to harmonize architecture with nature, as well as the historical and future contexts.Multiple green spaces such as central greenlands, group gardens, residential courtyards, and vertical greenery are incorporated into the design to bring nature deep into the residential area.
The project draws on the desires of high-end residents for a lifestyle that blends natural beauty, cultural aesthetics, and emotional space, all while promoting new living concepts. The landscape design incorporates local Nanjing culture by referencing the “Eight Scenic Views of Jinling,” creating distinct zones for quiet and active spaces. The high-quality materials used for the building facades, along with subdued colors, align with Nanjing’s city tone, creating a warm, elegant, and timeless living atmosphere. With its "Jinling Culture" theme, the development integrates cultural elements to create iconic gardens, activity spaces, and leisure areas.
