In the fast-paced rhythm of modern urban life, the "last mile" delivery challenge has become increasingly prominent. With delivery services often unable to enter residential communities, packages and food orders pile up at entrances. This not only presents a significant challenge for community management but also creates risks of mistaken identity, loss, and cross-contamination. This invisible wall is a major barrier to convenience. To address this, the intelligent modular delivery and transfer vehicle concept was born. It is not merely a cold robot, but a future community service ambassador embodying efficiency, safety, and a touch of warmth. It is committed to providing a seamless, intelligent, and humanized end-to-end delivery solution. It features a modular design, giving it outstanding adaptability for a wide range of service scenarios. The overall design employs a clean, two-tiered structure, clearly delineating the upper cargo area from the lower drive unit. This not only creates a distinct technological hierarchy but also allows for independent functionality, easy expansion, and maintenance. Different modules can be flexibly combined based on mission requirements. It can carry multiple insulated containers on its mobile chassis for high-density delivery tasks, or integrate with a vertical service station to become a "community concierge" for information guidance and interactive services. This achieves true versatility and infinite application potential. Equipped with a powerful AI algorithm, it can plan optimal delivery routes in real time. Its intelligent dispatch system dynamically allocates vehicle numbers and charging station resources between buildings according to peak delivery times, optimizing energy consumption while ensuring operational capacity for efficient, all-day operation. Both the vehicle and its charging stations are equipped with LiDAR for 360-degree environmental perception. This allows it to not only accurately identify and deftly avoid pedestrians and obstacles, but also to possess a predictive capability for dynamic risks, ensuring efficient and safe autonomous travel. We have built an intuitive and cohesive multi-modal interactive experience. From the interactive screen at the top, to the clear light indicators in the central drop-off zone, and the operational status display at the bottom, a complete visual guidance flow is formed.
