Energy Tank is an autonomous mobile charging robot designed to revolutionize EV energy infrastructure. Engineered for adaptability and efficiency, it addresses real-world constraints such as limited land resources, outdated grids, and peak-time congestion with a compact, modular cube design. Its minimalist industrial aesthetic—featuring a deep gray chassis, vivid green energy iconography, and horizontal blue accents—balances functional clarity with futuristic appeal.

The robot transforms traditional EV charging through intelligent mobility. With a width under 0.8m, it navigates tight parking spaces effortlessly. Users can summon it via app, enabling “charger-to-vehicle” interaction, ideal for harsh weather or nighttime scenarios. Real-time LED indicators and integrated displays provide intuitive status updates. The entire charging process is contactless and fully operable from inside the vehicle, streamlining convenience and safety.

Designed with human-centric intelligence, Energy Tank reduces wait times at highway service areas by up to 70% and supports special-use vehicles like logistics trucks and construction equipment directly on-site. It leverages off-peak electricity pricing by autonomously recharging during low-demand hours, cutting operational costs and grid pressure.

Its energy system incorporates safe lithium iron phosphate batteries, bi-directional V2G charging, and future-ready hydrogen integration. A patented AI-based dispatching algorithm coordinates fleets, ensuring optimal task allocation. The robot complies with global safety standards (IP54, BMS monitoring, EMC, and GB/T electrical testing) and integrates emergency shutdown mechanisms.

Sustainability is central to the design. Energy Tank reduces the need for fixed infrastructure—10 units can cover the range of 50 static chargers—while significantly lowering carbon emissions and material waste. Its manufacturing process includes VOC-controlled fabrication and biodegradable components to minimize environmental impact.

By merging modular design, autonomous mobility, and intelligent energy orchestration, Energy Tank reshapes the charging ecosystem—delivering resilient, user-friendly, and sustainable power access for the future of mobility.
