Jiahe Mansion is situated in the CLD (Central Living District) west of Guanyin Bridge. As the only large-scale community of low-density fourth-generation residences in the area to date, its plot has been intentionally elevated by approximately 20 meters, forming a natural high platform as a barrier. This allows residents to enjoy the vibrancy of the business district nearby while being insulated from the hustle and bustle, all while boasting breathtaking and expansive views. Up close, they can overlook the bustling skyline of Guanyin Bridge; from afar, they can gaze upon the magnificent river vistas of the Yuzhong Peninsula. The project draws its design inspiration from Tahiti, a Pacific resort destination, aiming to create a unique Tahitian island experience in Chongqing, the mountain city, thus forging a fascinating interplay between the mountainous terrain and the island ambiance. The Floating Island Garden, perched atop the high platform, appears to float above the city, creating the unique artistic conception of "climbing the mountain to view the island, and ascending the island to gaze at the mountain," while maintaining an ideal distance from the noise. Designers have crafted an exclusive, understated luxury resort style for the site, inspired by the textures of the island. They have extracted five elements—islands, waves, bays, canyons, and beaches—and meticulously created five premier island resort scenarios. These allow people to enjoy a fresh experience for both body and senses on their way home, gradually escaping the hustle and bustle of the city. Flowing water features like tides, scattered floating island oases, artistic wave-patterned pavements, the "Black Lip Pearl" reception hall, glowing "black pearl" lights in the water, and scattered coastal "rocks" together create an island resort space interwoven with greenery, light and shadow, and water. This makes it an "oasis" in the city and a warm venue for emotional interaction among family members. There are both private corners and shared atriums, with multi-layered scenarios catering to various life needs such as children's play, elders' relaxation, young people's socializing, and family gatherings.
