A-BREATH Sock Lining innovatively breaks the limitations of its traditional counterparts made from PU foam. It takes isocyanates and polyols offered by BASF as base materials to form polyurethane resin through polymerization, complemented by a chemical foaming agent, creating a distinctive porous structure. This synergistically enhances resilience, moisture permeability, and antibacterial protection: A-BREATH Sock Lining boasts a resilience value of ≥45 (industry average: 32) and a compression recovery value of 1.98, representing a 28% improvement over traditional PU foam—providing sufficient support for the feet even during prolonged athletic use; with a moisture vapour transmission rate of 3280 g/m2·24h (equivalent to expelling 2.5 standard bottles of sweat daily), it effectively keeps the feet dry and crisp; the product inhibits bacterial growth through the material’s inherent antibacterial property and porous structure, and maintains a 95% antibacterial rate even after 20 wash cycles, significantly outperforming traditional post-treatment coating technologies.
In terms of aesthetic design, A-BREATH Sock Lining, by precisely controlling the polyurethane foaming process, achieves a delicate, uniform microporous texture, leading to a high-class texture and a high-tech aesthetic. Its simple, sleek shape not only conveys athletic dynamism, but also ensures structural integrity, making the product adaptable to various shoes. In addition, polyurethane, manufactured without harmful solvents and with optimized energy efficiency, meets the stringent standards of international environmental regulations such as RoHS and REACH; the product features an easy-to-disassemble structure for convenient recycling, and is supported by ANTA’s recycling platform, helping to establish a closed-loop sustainable system.
