The technology employs high-filament-count sea island yarn paired with a fibrillation process, which splits a strand of yarn into 36 individual fibers, achieving a 36*36 structure to create striking 1296F yarn (ordinary fabrics usually adopt 48F yarn). Moreover, it ingeniously blends excellent moisture-wicking properties with high density: a multi-layer structure leverages capillary action between fibers to effectively absorb sweat, thereby keeping the feet dry and crisp; the application of machines that accommodate high stitch counts brings a tightly woven construction for superior density. The fibrillation process also leads to a subtle brushed texture on the surface, not only offering a soft, smooth touch but also ensuring a soft luster and a plump shape—striking a perfect balance between practicality and aesthetic appeal. Meanwhile, the technology excels in drape. With the fibers reducing bending stiffness after the fibrillation process, it improves drape and comfort by 224% compared to ordinary polyester fabrics with the same weaving structure. This allows the shoe to better fit the foot while enhancing visual elegance.
