The 7SG68 addresses the challenges of power operation and maintenance through the innovative application of the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT). Built on the core concept of wireless connectivity, lightweight interaction, and intelligent collaboration, this device lowers the technological barrier for smart grid protection.
The 7SG68 achieves full-function configuration via a mobile app through Bluetooth connection to a smartphone, enabling wireless transmission of fault waveforms, real-time current curves, and other critical data. This provides a convenient solution for on-site commissioning and grid fault analysis, allowing remote real-time technical support simply via a smartphone. This device adopts a low-power design and is available via Type-C port with reverse power supply from smartphones. Combined with visual indicator lights and an intuitive button layout, it significantly lowers the learning cost. Additionally, it integrates arc flash protection and wireless temperature monitoring, fulfilling real-time preventive maintenance, improving device availability, and minimizing maintenance costs.
The 7SG68 features a fully-sealed body without ventilation vents instead of conventional metal shells. The internal printed circuit board is protected by a conformal coating, ensuring stable operation in extreme temperatures ranging from minus 25 degrees Celsius to plus 70 degrees Celsius. The housing is made from 30% UL94-V0 flame-retardant recycled plastic reinforced with glass fibers, providing high impact resistance while lowering the overall weight by 50% compared to metal shells.
The 7SG68 is engineered to build a seamless device-human-cloud collaboration ecosystem, transforming the operation and maintenance of traditional power protection devices into an intelligent, cloud-based model.
