This residence embraces a minimalist French design style interwoven with Wabi-Sabi-inspired Chinese elements, crafting a refined yet serene living environment that emphasizes natural texture, calmness, and emotional comfort. The first floor houses a tea room that reflects a modern Chinese aesthetic, seamlessly blending traditional details with contemporary simplicity. Warm wooden furniture and soft-toned materials create a peaceful setting for tea drinking and relaxation. Large windows allow abundant natural light to pour in, enhancing the atmosphere with brightness and openness. Carefully placed wall decorations and greenery add vibrancy, connecting the interior to nature and enriching the sensory experience. This space is not only ideal for tea appreciation but also offers a moment of peace amid the pace of urban life. The second floor features a high ceiling that extends the visual dimension, with clean architectural lines outlining a sense of spaciousness. A neutral color palette dominates, complemented by blue leisure chairs and a striking black tea table, adding visual contrast and warmth. The sleek fireplace and minimalist TV wall fulfill functional needs while preserving aesthetic harmony, presenting a calm and stylish living area that reflects modern lifestyle preferences. On the third floor, the master bedroom adopts a balanced blend of gray and white tones to evoke serenity. Ambient lighting, symmetrical bedside lamps, and a built-in bookshelf offer both beauty and practicality. Large windows with adjustable blinds provide flexible lighting control. A circular lounge chair, cozy fireplace, and arched doorway leading to a refined dressing room reflect understated French elegance. The wardrobe’s black-and-white contrast, central island, pendant lights, and music projection further express the owner’s modern, tasteful way of living. In the courtyard, moss-covered stones, suspended greenery, and geometric white windows frame a poetic connection between nature and modernity, bringing harmony and a layered visual rhythm to the outdoor space.
