Jinmao Xiaotang

Maudea Design, in collaboration with China Jinmao, has created Jinmao Xiao Tang Community. Reimagining "home" with passion, the design team has embedded the role of "urban growth co-creators" into space operations, building a relaxed community uniquely for Chengdu residents.
By deconstructing the exploratory vibe of urban wandering, it integrates the laziness of street-corner cafes, the immersion of art exhibitions, and the ease of community grocery stores into the homecoming route-redefining the standard of "good houses" in the new era, turning every community stroll into a small "Home Walk" exploration, and creating a life energy hub for young people in the new era with passion.
The central bookstore builds a bridge of communication with books. The branches of tall trees interlace to form a natural reading dome.
