The two-level facility comprises R&D laboratory on the ground floor and office space on the second floor.
Weidian Space renewed its collaboration with LIXIL for this project. Employing a modern minimalist approach that integrates corporate brand culture, the design interweaves diverse elements to create fresh spatial narratives. Within finite spaces, we generate infinite scenario possibilities, materializing an open, innovative, and engaging workplace.
2F Office Zones organized into six functional segments: Reception Lobby Area,Open Office Area,Designer Office Area,Engineering R&D room,Conference Rooms,Pantry Area. Corporate identity permeates this primary workspace through layered orange accents that define zones. Form follows function with harmonious material-chromatic dialogues, while fluid spatial rhythms eliminate visual barriers.
