Chengdu BOE Smart Medical and Elderly Care Community

The landscape of Chengdu BOE Smart Healthcare & Elderly Care Center is centered on the core concept of "minimalism, Zen, and wellness". The 48,000-square-meter site is divided into four major sections: the entrance display area, the club immersion area, the central shared area, and the courtyard healing area.The design extracts the imagery of "the purity of forests, the reflection of water, the ambiance of gardens, and the tranquility of elegance". It uses hackberries, still water, light and shadow, and fragrant plants of four seasons to create an Oriental garden that "looks naturally formed despite being man-made".Elderly-friendly details such as a 600-meter shock-absorbing track, double-layer handrails, and one-click emergency calls are integrated throughout the entire garden. Modern glass and metal buildings complement the Zen-style courtyards with (deliberate empty spaces), presenting a noble yet secluded wellness atmosphere.It aims to create a model of smart, warm, and shared retirement life.
