The project is guided by the overarching concept of "Shang Li Xia Lin": "Shang Li" aims to recreate the traditional sense of home with a central axis, each unit featuring unobstructed views, thereby establishing a serene and dignified living environment; "Xia Lin", on the other hand, takes advantage of the lower elevation to seamlessly integrate commercial activities, a clubhouse, and a municipal park on the east side, with inclined walkways and overlook platforms enabling a vertical interplay between commercial activity and natural greenery, thus creating a "city living room". Within this framework, the four-generation residences are elevated to the level of "floating courtyard villas": taking advantage of the unique conditions in Chongqing where there are no restrictions on sunlight exposure, these villas feature reversible terraces on the north and south sides, with fire-resistant overhangs completely blocking upper-level views, thus transplanting the courtyard experience of villas to a height of over 100 meters; the elevator lobbies are integrated with the sky courtyards, enabling residents to "step out of the elevator and into the garden". The building's façade is inspired by the imagery of "water as the soul and jade emerging from Chongqing", embodying the softness of the Yangtze River and the richness of the city's terrain through curved champagne aluminum panels and floor-to-ceiling glass, allowing the building to appear as if it is flowing like water and exuding the warmth of jade under the play of light; the terraces are arranged in a staggered pattern, as if they have grown organically from the building itself, imbuing the entire project with a sense of continuous breathing vitality.
