The Wistron AI Gallery is not a typical corporate showroom—it is a sensory voyage through the tides of innovation, culture, and sustainability. Visitors are invited not only to see technology, but to feel the dreams, values, and spirit that guide Wistron’s journey into the future.
At the heart of this experience lies The Fawah, a canoe by indigenous Taiwanese artist Lafin Sawmah, born from a dream of communion with the ocean. This work transcends its physical form to embody the Austronesian spirit of exploration, courage, and connection to origins. Its meaning resonates deeply with the belief of Wistron Simon Lin: “Today’s technology is the cultural bedrock of tomorrow.” The ark, therefore, becomes the spiritual anchor for the company’s voyage ahead.
The design tells a story in light and space. A monumental perforated metal wall radiates light like dawn breaking through mist, symbolizing the industry’s passage into a new era. Beneath, a seamless white floor mirrors ripples of LED light, forming a calm sea that tenderly cradles the canoe. In vivid contrast, Heidi Yip’s Breaking Waves surges with dynamic force, embodying momentum toward a technological horizon.
Every detail carries intention: the ark faces east, aligned with ancestral navigation; a luminous ceiling filters daylight into a celestial glow; a gradient façade blurs the line between inner dreams and outer reality. Ascending a white stone staircase, visitors transition from solid stone to ethereal glass and fiber optics, journeying into an upper realm dedicated to AI, smart manufacturing, and renewable energy.
Sustainability is embedded in the building’s DNA—solar power, rainwater harvesting, and microclimate-regulating greenery are safeguarded by high-performance Low-E glass.
